I can't say I'm all for either... I like the idea of important topics such as introductions being out with the rest of the forums, but I think some should be grouped together, for example:

Introduction
High School of the Dead RPG
A Bleak Future
Player Created games
Technology/Electronics- Video entertainment; Computer and tech; Images and graphics; Video games
Creative Writing- Debating; Writing/lit; rants
Culture- Music ; Anime; Images/graphics

Something like that, where categories are grouped according to their relations maybe instead of just "general", and it will also make the site look more expanded while not being too cluttered.

I dunno, man. I like them out with the rest of the stuff, because it's easier to access them.
It's a hell of a lot more convenient, and it helps people with crappy connections because they only have to load one page instead of two.

That's true... Didn't really take that into account, but now that you mention it, it kind of changes my vote lol. I'd still arrange them according to how I suggested in my last post, but instead of being under a general title, you can put them right under another on the main index.
