Under this "Chieftan" are 4 "Elders," who elect the Chieftan, and help advise him and make decisions. They are technically more powerful than the Chieftan, though they are elected as well. Vampire Clowns are very democratic in this sense. There are other lesser positions, such as hunters, who hunt, ranchers, who manage human slaves, and biochemical quantum actuaries, who ponder the meaning of unlife, on top of predicting likelihoods of the microeconomic model, and how tendencies in goods consumption affect microchemical bonds' influence on the time-space continuum. But those guys are assholes, and total bores, so there's usually only one at a time. There are priests, and, like Bozo, missionaries. These "Missionaries" scour nearby lands, the only ones who can, being resistant to sunlight, converting other mutants to their religion.

The clan property is collective, so beyond these, there is a Junk vehicles, currency of some sort, a few Junk firearms, and several gallons of transportable human bloo-- err, rations. And of course, a lot of human cattle.
Bozo prefers not use firearms, and does not know how to drive, so there goes that.

Bozo is wearing a ridiculous clown outfit. On his head is a rainbow wig, with two trunks of hair appearing from the sides of his bright red top-hat (blood-soaked and tattered). His face is white, though none are sure if that is from living as a sewers-vampire, or from scavenged make-up. He has a red-round fake nose that squeaks when squeezed, though it is unclear where he found it. Shirt is made of tattered, sewn together yellow and red pin-stripes, and he has big purple buttons, with smiley-faces etched into them. The shoulders are poofed out with stuffed cotton, and his hands are covered in dainty purple mittens. His pants are bright purple, and are poofy at the bottom, and his shoes are long and red. On his back is his favorite murder weapon, a nice Junk-Axe he obtained, and hidden in his shirt/coat are two junk-knives. He has used junk-guns once before, in the sewers for practice, though he prefers the much more gruesome dull knives and the axe, with which he has so many memories.

Bozo is a complete psychopath -- as are his subterranian contemporaries. However, unlike the others, he can hide is sadism quite well, and works his way into odd relationships by cracking jokes, and being the one cordial man in a world of rude crazies.
Around other clowns, he is quite civil, and even around some humans, he can be personable, even merciful. But still, he is generally violent.

Bozo was converted at a young age to a most nefarious faction known to the public (that learn of them and survive) as the Society of Darkness, a group of fellow Eunuch Clown Vampires. This society is clan-like in nature, worshipping unspeakable pagan deities, and participating in such awful rituals as drinking of blood (of human cattle), human sacrifice, and ritual self-castration. The clan, being mutated, survives and thrives in the irradiated sewers of the "green zone" (fallout-heavy area) of Los Angeles, sneaking into the habitable areas in the darkness and general evilness of night to feed, and to participate in general drug-driven debauchery.
Bozo himself has been apart of this clan his entire life, though he, like a select few who resist sunlight, travels as a hellbent, sadistic missionary, spreading the word of "Gogo the Giggler," a vicarious and most nefarious dark God whose true name, near Lovecraftian in nature, would drive mere men insane. Luckily, these devilish, dastardly comedians are themselves insane -- one would have to be to participate in such nature-molesting rituals. Bozo has a stellar record within the SoD, having converted hundreds, and enslaving even more. He brings these, like a perverse underground railroad, surrepiticiously to the depths of the L.A. waterworks for brainwashing and eternal captivity.
Startlingly enough, Bozo is quite the charming and strapping (sort of, if ya know whaddy mean) chap. Unlike most mutant vampire clown eunuchs, who rely on brute force to kidnap their victims, this hero-among-villains uses deception, and keeps his victims fooled for as long as possible -- for his own amusement. He is capable of cracking raucously burlesque jokes, and making one feel comfortable. Still, axe-swinging and knife thrusting are favorite pastimes, just under brutal rape and ritual mass-murder.
It shall be interesting to see how his life continues, this sad story of a clown-gone-wild (shirts on please). All that can be clear is that much chaos, and blood, will fill his hilarious future.

The cats, love him as well, and are both perhaps insane. However, they are, beyond that, normal cats, who just follow him because he feeds them [human flesh].
