Personality: Ishrael is a wise man with a mastery of political knowledge and a willingness to use it. He possesses an icy self-control, but he has a weakness for pretty women and protecting young children not of his own race. He was known for sleeping with many of his female trainees during the time when he was responsible for training young officers. He also has a fondness for strong drink that gives him something of a reputation as a party animal.

In addition, he possesses a strong cryokinetic ability that is capable of completely altering the climate of a world in a matter of minutes.
