This is what you're really here for, right? More to be added in the future.

Items with an asterisk(*) next to their names have extended descriptions below the corresponding chart.
JUST BECAUSE IT IS ON THE LIST DOESN'T MEAN THAT IT'S AVAILABLE. Likewise, there are many items that I didn't add to this list which are in the game. The list is intended to be a reference so that players can have an idea of how much something is worth.
A note on advanced technology: advanced technology exists in this game, however it is not readily available to the player. It can be used as a reward for completing main quests or for particularly good RPers. In most cases, it hasn't even been revealed to the world yet. Don't we just love surprises?
Almost all real, existing weapons and items can be found nowadays in some way, shape, or form, however some might be way harder to find than others, if at all available. Just because they aren't listed below doesn't mean they can't be created (within reason) or found, but use discretion and LOGIC.
How the Value System Works
WEAPONS - MELEE
Shank - A sharp object for stabbing. Can be made from almost anything, from shards of glass to slivers of metal.
Junk Knife/Sword - Low tech swords forged using medieval blacksmithing techniques. Reliable, but not as reliable as a prewar sword.
Knife/Sword - Pre-war blades forged using modern technology. These weapons are highly prized for their durability and quality. A true sword is incredibly hard to find, and by incredibly hard I MEAN incredibly hard. Most pre-war swords have all rusted away in their holes by now, and the only known people who retain the art of making modern blades in the US is the Sanguine Order of the Blade.
Chainsaw - requires gasoline to work. 1 gallon per tank.
Combat Gloves - This category features anything from prewar SAP gloves to a gardening glove with thumbtacks inserted into the knuckles.
WEAPONS - RANGED
Junk Pistol - a large muzzleloading pistol made from salvage. Utilizes a variety of propellants, such as CO2 canisters, hairspray, black powder, springs, pneumatics, etc.
Glock pistols - There are a variety of Glock pistols. All of them have basically the same stats and worth.
FN Five-seveN - Fires high-velocity armor-piercing rounds.
Flamethrower - subject to overheating.
Junk Cannon - a large, man-portable muzzle-loading firearm made from salvage. They can fire practically anything you stuff into the barrel, such as rocks, dirt, radioactive debris, cooking utensils, explosives, etc. Like the junk pistol, it has a variety of propellants.
Potato Gun - A larger, stationary cannon version of the Junk Cannon. Works well mounted on vehicles!
Sound Suppressor - Due to the baffles wearing out, these must be replaced every 200 shots or so.
ARMOR
TRADE GOODS & ITEMS
Survival Kit - A survival kit is a pre-assembled kit of generally useful things for being in the wilderness; compass, tin eating utensils, matches, etc.
Musical Instruments - range from a wooden flute to an electric guitar. Thus, the prices vary extensively.
Slaves - Remember that slavery is not allowed everywhere. Almost all major cities have slave traders, however. Slaves must be clothed and fed.
Vehicles
Junker - Junkers are modified wasteland vehicles similar to large, advanced dune buggies. They vaguely resemble the cars or trucks they were once based off of, but always have a large amount of modifications, such as armor, off road tires, rollcages, etc. Junkers are more physically durable then prewar cars, but because of their informal nature, they tend to suffer from problems that factory-built cars don't suffer from. When determining a Junker's price, take the value of the car used as a base (for example an Acura 3.2TL would put the base price at 1500TU) and add at least 200TU to it (for very basic modifications) to at least 1000TU (for heavy modifications). Junkers are the preferred vehicles for wasteland travel because of their durability and offroad capabilities, however pre-war cars are a perfectly viable option for wasteland travel, terrain permitting.
Junker Cycle - a motorcycle variant of the Junker. The same rules apply.
A note on vehicles and vehicle rarity: Remember that all vehicles need fuel. Gasoline and ethanol are the two most popular fuels. Ethanol is more common and can be brewed in stills, but gasoline is still far better in terms of quality.
Motorbikes - Motorcycles are hardy and survived the war mostly intact.
Prewar Cars & Trucks - A large amount of these are rusting and inoperable wrecks scattered throughout the wasteland, but quite a few survived the apocalypse. While one of the few remaining comforts of the old world, as well as being professionally made, they are largely useless in the more untamed areas of wasteland, where most roads have been damaged or even outright destroyed by bombing or natural reclamation.
Airplanes - Unless stated otherwise, there isn't a single operable airplane left on the continent.
Helicopters - Some have been found in working condition but the lack of knowledge on how to pilot them and the proper tools/fuel to maintain them have severely limited their use in postapocalyptic society.
Airboats - The hardy and humble airboat was one of the few vehicles to survive the apocalypse relatively unscathed. Their simple construction makes them easy to make, fix, and maintain, and they're a popular method of transportation in swampy areas.
Boats - boats can be found all over, though not all are in working condition. Seagoing ships however were all destroyed in the apocalypse by the bombs and fluctuating sea. The only ships known to work are Australian carriers, traders, and destroyers, and the ancient cargo/passenger ships employed and heavily guarded by Freehold.
